41 West 57th Street
Facing Central Park and Midtown, 41 West 57th Street was conceived as a 63-story mixed-use tower for Sedesco containing residences and a hotel. An I-shaped plan created dual-aspect residences while giving the tower a stable, subtly asymmetric profile. As Associate in Charge, Yusef led the project for more than five years, from the 2019 international competition through design development and public approvals. It was the first proposed Billionaires’ Row tower to undergo the ULURP process. The proposal was ultimately not realized.
