At 400 Hibiscus Street, Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach introduces the hospitality brand’s first residential project in the United States. Developed by Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development with Banyan Group, the 25-story tower contains 88 corner residences with wraparound terraces. A continuous window wall gives the building a calm horizontal expression, while shared club and wellness spaces open toward the skyline. As Associate in Charge and Project Director, Yusef led the project from concept design into construction documentation.
