Eagle + West

At Brooklyn’s northernmost waterfront edge, Eagle + West brings 745 residences to Greenpoint for Brookfield Properties and Park Tower Group. Two towers lean toward and away from one another: one expands as it rises while the other steps back toward the ground. Their opposing profiles create terraces, overhangs, and a wider space between them. As Project Architect, Yusef led the design from the 2017 competition and masterplan through design development. The project was completed in 2022.
