Faena District

For Faena Group, the Faena District brings cultural, commercial, and infrastructural programs to three blocks along Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The Faena Forum, Faena Bazaar, and Faena Park are connected by public spaces extending from Indian Creek toward the Atlantic Ocean. Together, the buildings form a shared urban composition rather than a collection of isolated objects. Yusef worked on the project during design development and construction documentation, focusing on the interiors. The district was completed in 2016.
