OLIN Palm Beach

Extending from the Atlantic Ocean to the lagoon, OLIN Palm Beach is a collection of 32 residences distributed across three five-story buildings for OKO Group and Cain International. The project breaks the development into a family of related volumes, using deep terraces, arched balconies, and landscape to mediate between the residences and the horizon. As Associate in Charge and Project Director, Yusef led the project from concept design through Palm Beach Architectural Commission approvals and schematic design between 2023 and 2026.
