La Cinta: Paysandú Coastal Masterplan

Along the Uruguay River, the Paysandú Coastal Masterplan proposes La Cinta, a continuous public route that shifts between path, park, flood barrier, and framework for future development. Developed for the Municipality of Paysandú in collaboration with West 8, the plan combines flood resilience, ecology, mobility, and public space. As Associate in Charge, Yusef led the research, public consultation, and masterplan design. A section of the esplanade is now under construction.
