The Perigon

Between Indian Creek and the Atlantic Ocean, The Perigon occupies a rare dual-waterfront site with an 82-residence tower for Mast Capital and Starwood Capital Group. Rotated volumes direct views toward Biscayne Bay and the ocean before merging into a single form lifted 45 feet above the flood line, opening the ground plane to Collins Avenue, the landscape, and the beach. As Associate in Charge, Yusef led the project from 2021 through 2026, spanning design and construction. Completion is anticipated in 2027.
