POST Houston

A 500,000-square-foot former postal warehouse is transformed into POST Houston, a cultural and commercial hub for Lovett Commercial. Deep cuts bring light into the concrete structure and organize three atriums around monumental staircases connecting the market, cultural spaces, and workspace to a six-acre rooftop park. As Project Architect, Yusef led the design from the competition through schematic design, including the three distinctive X, O and Z staircases. The project was completed in 2021.
