Tenjin Business Center

In the center of Fukuoka, the approximately 60,000-square-metre Tenjin Business Center combines flexible offices with a public-facing base for Fukuoka Jisho. At its principal corner, the building is carved open to form a sheltered urban room that exposes its internal activity to the street. Yusef worked on the project as a designer. It was completed in 2021.
